• Bath Rugby Club’s New 3G Training Pitch

  Bath Rugby Club's 3G ATP McArdle Sport-Tec Ltd have completed the installation of a Third Generation (3G) synthetic turf pitch for Bath Rugby Club at Farleigh House, Bath Rugby Club's administrative headquarters and training ground.

  
  

  Bath Rugby chose TigerTurf Total Turf 65 for their 3G artificial surface, as used for other top rugby installations, including the WRU headquarters and Twickenham.  TigerTurf stated that together with McArdle Sport-Tec ‘we have delivered one of the best dedicated rugby training facilities in the UK’.

  
  

  David Reid, Estate Manager of Farleigh house commented that ‘We were given the task of creating a 3G pitch to add to the training facilities of Bath Rugby Club here at Farleigh House. McArdle Sport Tec gave us a very competitive quotation and despite challenging terrain and weather conditions completed the job within the agreed time scale.  Everyone agrees that the finished product looks superb!  We were very impressed with the whole team ably led by David Darnell’.
